was one of my favorite experiences in Paso Robles! Thank you for the recommendation 💕🍷

The estate was absolutely beautiful, inside and outside. I cant wait to go back in the summer to test out their fire pits and bouchée ball court!

They had some of the coolest GSMs, a rose (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah) called PINK and a white wine (Viognier, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Marsane) called WHITE 😂🥂

Definitely recommend checking Booker out!

First time in Paso Robles and it didn’t disappoint. Hot take: I prefer Paso over Napa 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got to try delicious Rose. It was the first rose that I tried made from Tempranillo and Syrah grapes.
I could drink this rose on a rainy evening 🌦️and next to the pool in 90 degree weather ☀️

The two important regions for wine within Tuscany are Chianti and Montalcino. Both of these region focus on the grape Sangiovese Sangiovese is a medium-bodied red wine with savory and tart flavors that is paired perfectly with pasta 🍝

Time for another wine story 🌈💕✨🦄 Once upon a wine, Americans noticed that there was gold in California. 💰Being greedy AF, they all rushed to California, and not only did they find gold, but they also found great land for vineyards. 🍇 Because Americans like to drink, in addition to the gold rush, there was also a Zinfandel rush- it's estimated that over 44,000 acres of Zin was planted. Now, all of these vines are considered "Old Vines," which is why on a lot of California Zins, you'll see this label. 🧓🏻 Truth be told, the term is unregulated, so it doesn't really mean anything, but it's a fun story to tell your friends! 💃🏻⠀⁠
