Top Tier Branding is growing. While growth brings challenges, it also allows us to expand our team to ensure we continue providing the high level of service you expect and deserve.
The past month has been difficult, resulting in some delays to our usual response times. I sincerely apologize for this and am committed to getting our operations back on track. As many of you know, my daughter, Jacey, was away for a month following the birth of her daughter, Emery. Despite my best efforts and with Carrie by my side, Jacey's absence created a significant backlog.
To address this, we are transitioning to a more efficient working system. I am also thrilled to announce that our team is expanding; TTB Party of 3 is now Top Tier party of 4.
My vision of providing a workplace where women can excel professionally while prioritizing their families remains at the heart of my business.
Please help me welcome Riley to our team. I am honored to have three of the people I love most working alongside me.
