I spent an afternoon trying to replace a kitchen faucet.
I watched 5 videos.
I went to the home improvement store twice.
I got dirty and frustrated and said every bad word in my vocabulary. Some in Spanish, even.
A person who knew what they were doing came into my home yesterday and, using the same tools I had, replaced it in 15 minutes.
When I marveled at the ease at which he replaced it, perfectly aligned, all connections solid and secure, he smiled and said, "You know how many faucets I've replaced in my life?"
Lesson? If it's important, hire a pro. xoxo
