"The Montgomery family dinner was unfolding in an atmosphere of luxury and calm. Wealthy guests enjoyed their meals and conversations beneath the glow of crystal chandeliers.
Then, without warning, Noah—Richard Montgomery's seven-year-old son—innocently asked,
""Mom... why does Uncle Jason sleep in your room whenever Dad goes on business trips?""
The entire dining room froze.
The spoon slipped from Richard's hand and clattered onto his plate.
Victoria immediately jumped to her feet.
""GO UPSTAIRS RIGHT NOW!""
Noah burst into frightened tears.
""But last night I heard you tell Uncle Jason that you loved him...""
No one dared to speak.
Jason sat frozen at the far end of the table.
Still sobbing, Noah continued,
""Uncle Jason sleeps in Mom's room whenever Dad is away...""
The silence became suffocating.
Then, at that exact moment, a door on the second floor suddenly slammed shut.
Everyone jumped.
Richard slowly turned toward his wife.
""Which door was that?""
Victoria answered too quickly.
""It was probably just the wind.""
But outside there was only rain.
No wind at all.
For the first time, suspicion appeared in Richard's eyes.
When Noah continued explaining that Uncle Jason usually hid upstairs whenever guests came to the house, Richard could no longer remain seated.
He stood up and headed straight for the staircase.
Jason tried to stop him.
Victoria broke down in tears and pleaded,
""Please don't do this in front of everyone.""
That single sentence destroyed the last bit of hope Richard had left.
Because an innocent person denies the accusation.
A guilty person asks to speak in private.
Richard rushed up the stairs...
But what was waiting behind the bedroom door was far more horrifying than a simple affair.
What was the person he had trusted most for so many years really hiding?
And what secret was about to bring down the entire Montgomery family in a single night?
