The end is always bittersweet but our hearts are in a good place knowing where the remaining towels are headed.

We started our operation when Lukas was born. The ideas started running through my head while holding him as an infant in a cold empty hospital room, as his lifeless body was connected to multiple lines, and rather sick. What started off as bibs transpired to so much more. We’re eternally grateful for everyone we met and interacted with over the years.

Today we loaded up the van and the legend himself dropped off what towels were left to the Stead Family Childrens Hospital where they will be distributed to children receiving care here!

After 11 years, we have decided to shift more to just custom memory items.

I can’t thank everyone enough for all the prayers and understanding I needed time to heal before returning to something I love to do. This gentleman gave me the clothing last summer with no time limit. I had to relearn to walk, think fast and get the right words. I lost some long term and have no short term memories. So that being said i started with relearning my memory bear pattern. It was a challenge but with each bear it got easier. As far as embroidery I need to read my manual for some directions or bombard my daughter with questions and frustrations. I will be slowly taking orders again but please be understanding on scheduling. So if you need memory bears or pillows for Christmas please start early. Thanks Jen!

0-6 months, however most are roomy enough for beyond 6 months use.

We will be at the Oktoberfest craft show Saturday October 30th selling the inventory we have on hand.

We will not be offering customized orders or adding personalization.

We remain closed at this time but want to offer you the towels that we do have that were sewn prior to moms unfortunate illness ❤️

Hey All 👋🏻
Erika here, many are aware from being on our personal pages but for those who aren’t, a little over 3 weeks ago my moms body decided to slip into continuous seizures which resulted in a week in a coma in the Neuro ICU. I’m happy to report she’s back home but her journey to full recovery is weeks if not months out. Just a week ago she began re learning all of life’s functions; walking, eating, etc.

She has many hours a week with physical, occupational and speech therapy. She’s on a large assortment of medications for her seizures; all of which come with side effects and her brain truly just needs rest from its trauma.

Mom is a very motivated person and in time I hope to see her back in the office however, she needs to re learn her machines and programs and currently it’s not our priority.

I hope the next post is us re opening orders but until then, have a safe summer ☀️
