Can you believe it’s already our LAST First Friday of the season?! We’re going out with a bang and hope you’ll join us!

🌧️🏖️ Beach Night may be rained out — but Perkasie is still open!

While we had to cancel tonight’s outdoor Perkasie First Friday activities because of the weather, there are still plenty of reasons to come downtown. Grab your umbrella, brave a few raindrops, and support our local businesses!

🌴 Mystic Ways will be open with delicious Thai food from Jumpee
👕 Threddies will be open until at least 6 PM
🏛️ The Historical Society will be open with interesting facts about Perkasie's business and industry
🍻 Old Town will be open and ready to welcome you
🛍️ And other Perkasie businesses will be open throughout town, including our newest business on Walnut Street - Gator's Den!

We may not get the Beach Night we planned, but we can still make it a great Friday night in Perkasie. ❤️

Come out anyway, stay dry when you can, and show some love to our local businesses!

🎨 Call for Artists: 2026 PTIA Ornament Design 🎨

The Perkasie Town Improvement Association is seeking an artist or maker to design and produce our 2026 Perkasie ornament!

We're looking for a creative design that captures the spirit of Perkasie while meeting the following requirements:

✨ Must include the year 2026
✨ Must include either "PTIA" or "Perkasie Town Improvement Association"
✨ Flexible on size and materials
✨ Must be able to produce 600 ornaments total
✨ Must include individual packaging (bag, box, or similar)
✨ Wholesale price must not exceed $10 per ornament

Production Timeline:
• 100 ornaments due by 10/1
• Remaining 500 ornaments due by 11/1

To submit, please email [email protected] by July 31 with:

• Ornament design concept or mockup
• Materials to be used
• Production plan demonstrating the ability to fulfill the order
• Brief explanation of how the design reflects Perkasie

We can't wait to see your ideas and celebrate the creativity of our community!
