is a local billboard company that grew out of the painting services of Brooks Welker / Sign Gallery. As an artist and muralist, projects included the Toledo Zoo, Murphy's Jazz Club and Tony Packo's Restaurant Pepsi wall, all featured on the portfolio page. As a sign contractor, many signs were made for new and existing business and a variety of projects, including painting billboards on location.

This constant production led to securing billboards in disrepair while still under permit. With a steady growth of acquisitions and new builds, Brooks Billboard is now an outdoor advertising company that builds, rents, and maintains inventory of over 100 billboards. This market is primarily interstate boards and also includes state routes in northwest Ohio. BBC is involved in the leasing of new sites, construction of new billboards, illumination, repairs and the dismantling and moving of outdated structures. BBC also works with state and local officials on zoning and permit issues. This all leads to building and maintaining a dependable service offering affordable outdoor advertising.
