Evo Exhibit’s we know that our success starts with our incredible team—- and on August 4th they celebrated their Team 🙌🏼

We had a blast at The Game Show in Indy, coming together for a day filled with teamwork, laughter, and a whole lot of fun. From high-energy challenges to unforgettable moments, it was the perfect way to show our appreciation for everything they do!!

We thank them all for their hard work, passion, and dedication. They make Evo what it is!!!

We had an incredible time at Anime Expo 2024. Fans from around the globe came together to celebrate their love for anime and manga, making it one of the most successful and vibrant conventions to date with over 100,000 attendees flocking to the event.

Evo delivered a stunning 50x80 custom rental exhibit for Kadokawa World Entertainment! Our exhibit featured:

-5 immersive video walls
-Stylish merchandise cabinets
-Fun selfie stations with character cutouts
-Vibrant lightboxes
-Comfortable dressing rooms
-High-quality sound system
-Interactive iPads
-Adjustable downlit shelves for a perfect display!

Our team at Evo Exhibits was thrilled to contribute to the excitement with a custom 50x80 rental exhibit for Kadokawa World Entertainment. The feedback was fantastic, and we can't wait to bring more creative exhibits to life in the future!

Some of our staff spent the afternoon participating in field games last Friday. We divided into two teams - Gray Shirts and Black Shirts - for a "friendly" game of kickball. Congrats to the Black Shirts for winning by one run! It was a perfect time for Evo employees to take a break before heading into a very busy few months!

Evo Exhibits had a blast at the United Way 5K at Rock Hollow Golf Club!

The Evo team hit the ground running, partnering with the other participants, sponsors, and all of the amazing volunteers to support the The United Way of Miami County! With each step, we felt the energy and camaraderie that comes from being part of something bigger than ourselves. From the scenery of the course to the post-race celebrations, it was an evening filled with good times, community, and the amazing feeling of making a difference. When faced with the challenge of showcasing a product in a vast space, only to be positioned at the back of the hall, who do you call? Evo Exhibits, of course!

Teaming up with Balyo , we crafted not one, but two remarkable displays for consecutive shows in Atlanta, Georgia, and Stuttgart, Germany. Our specialty lies in delivering a seamless brand experience. Leveraging a sizable multi-sided video-tile hanging sign, we empowered Balyo to showcase their state-of-the-art autonomous technology to the fullest.

Recently EVO Exhibits welcomed the mayor of Peru, IN, Don Sturch - City of Peru, Indiana - Mayor's Office - for a tour of our facility. We were able to walk him through the warehouse and explain the fabrication process that goes into creating many of our very high end trade show exhibits and displays. When EVO Exhibits chose Peru, IN as its new home a few years back, we were welcomed with open arms and we continue to enjoy its friendly hospitality and dynamic work force.
