🏡 Some homes are just houses. This one held generations.

Just hit the market in Sebastopol! Built and raised by the same family for over half a century, every corner of this property carries its own piece of history throughout the entire home and property. Fruit trees still line the grounds, once tended for homemade preserves and c***r, and the land itself rolls out toward vineyard rows and hillsides that shift color with every season.

The entire interior has since been fully renovated, updated and move-in ready, while still carrying the warmth and memories built into it over 50 years.

🌳 Mature orchard and 2+ private acres to garden, farm, or simply breathe

🍇 Sweeping vineyard and hillside views from nearly every room

🏡 A fully renovated interior that still feels like home

🌇 Golden-hour views that change daily, right from your deck

🚰 Entirely new septic lines

🔌 Upgraded main electrical panel and sub panel

🍽️ Kitchen taken down to the studs and rebuilt new

🚿 Both bathrooms fully renovated

📍 3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | 1,500+ sq ft. | 2+ acres | Sebastopol, CA

📩 Message me for more on this one-of-a-kind property. This kind of legacy doesn’t come on the market often.

🏠Not just a sale, but a long lasting relationship that matters to me most.

Four years ago, a referral turned into a client. Somewhere along the way, he became a friend.
When it was time to sell, he was 800 miles away and trusted me to handle everything (the prep, the pricing, the whole process…without having to worry about a thing).

We got him a fast, over-asking sale. But honestly? I’ll miss him (and his dog, Moose 🐾) showing up at my client parties more than I’ll remember the numbers.

📍 8135 Valentine Ave, Sebastopol - SOLD

• $1,005,000 ($70K over asking)
• 12 days on market (Sebastopol’s June average was 32 days)

The lowest priced home on the Sebastopol market…and it’s THIS cute 😍🏡

This quaint townhome offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,599 sqft of living, a peaceful park-like setting, and an unbeatable location close to downtown.

Whether you’re looking for your first home or your next investment property, this one is worth a look!

This right here is my “why” 🤍

Real estate has never been just about transactions for me. It’s about people, relationships, and walking alongside my clients through one of the biggest chapters of their lives.

I never want anyone to feel like just another deal. My goal is for every client to feel supported, cared for, and confident every step of the way, even after the keys are handed over.

The check-ins, the extra calls, the follow-ups… that’s the part that matters most to me.

Reviews like this mean the world. Thank you for trusting me with such an important journey.

So, this recommendation has put me on cloud nine today. Thanks Holly!

Sometimes the home you’re searching for…ends up choosing you.

This one was special.

Our buyer originally set out to find another investment property, but the moment she walked into this home, everything changed. Standing in the backyard overlooking the golf course, she started talking about family gatherings, holidays, and the life she could picture creating here.

What began as a search for an investment turned into finding the perfect place to call her own.

Moments like this are why we love what we do. Helping our clients find the right home while building relationships that last far beyond the transaction will always be our priority.

Congratulations to our buyer on this beautiful new chapter!🤍🏠
