Tom Petty's original Heartbreakers are reuniting for the first time in more than 20 years: wp.me/pc8uak-1lHKRc

Fronted by Chris Stapleton, the Heartbreakers will perform at for an opening performance at tonight's Americana Honors & Awards in Nashville. Stapleton will be backed by Mike Campbell, Benmont Tench, Stan Lynch and Ron Blair and joined later in the show by Steve Ferrone and Scott Thurston.

The new New Guy!!
Guitarist Nils Erickson has earned a great reputation performing and recording with many popular San Francisco bands including 20 Minute Loop, The Mad Cattle Ensemble (with PT guitarist Michael Papenburg), The New Morty Show and more recently with Foreverland: (Michael Jackson tribute band).
Nils is a seasoned player and no stranger to the road, having crammed himself into vans and planes to play all over the country and overseas. Fun fact: As an early adopter from vinyl to CDs, his first purchase was Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ “Damn The Torpedoes”.
