Behind every trip into the show ring are countless hours of feeding, caring, practicing, learning, and growing. Whether you walked away with a banner or simply reached a goal you’ve been working toward all year, you have plenty to be proud of.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces throughout the fair and wanted to take a moment to recognize just a few of the hardworking youth from our local community pictured here.

Pettisville Grain Co. is proud to congratulate Terry Rufenacht on his induction into the Fulton County Agriculture Hall of Fame! 🌾👏

This well-deserved honor recognizes Terry’s years of hard work, dedication, and commitment to agriculture and our local community.

We are proud to have Terry as part of the PGC family and grateful for the impact he continues to make on agriculture throughout Fulton County.

Please join us in congratulating Terry on this outstanding achievement!

Curtis L. Jones, Jon Lugbill, Paul E. Pelton and Terry L. Rufenacht were inducted into the Fulton County Agriculture Hall of Fame on August 24, recognizing decades of leadership, innovation and service to agriculture and their communities. The four members of the Class of 2026 will be honored with permanent plaques at the Fulton County Fairgrounds. A big thank you to two young people who spent time learning and working alongside our team at PGC this summer!

Noelle, our summer intern, jumped right in and gained hands-on experience while assisting with the cattle side of our business! We also had the opportunity to welcome Mia, an Anthony Wayne High School FFA student, for a job shadow experience.

We appreciate the hard work, willingness to learn, and great attitudes they brought with them. It’s always rewarding to work with young people who are interested in agriculture and eager to learn more about the industry.

Thank you both for spending part of your summer with us — we wish you the best in everything ahead! 👏

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Customer Appreciation Day! We had a great turnout and truly enjoyed spending the day visiting with so many of our customers and friends. 💚

We also had the privilege of honoring Max Rufenacht for his incredible 54 years of dedication to PGC — an accomplishment we are very grateful to celebrate!
