Premier Reservations Group knows that these past couple of weeks have been rather turbulent for our local communities and the nation. We recognize the need for employment for those who have been laid off. To help keep our local economy strong, we are offering positions to qualified individuals to work full or part time. Hourly pay is $13.50 plus bonuses. Hours are 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm working 7 days a week (days worked is flexible).

NOW HIRING Call Center Staff $13.50/hr Plus Commission & Health Insurance 8600 Daniel Dunklin Blvd Pevely Mo.

Premier Reservations Group is seeking to fully staff a new call center located in Pevely Missouri. The ideal candidates must be seasoned professionals who have extensive call center experience. The company is looking to hire 60 employees, both full and part time, several shifts are available. Premier Reservations Group offers a highly competitive starting salary plus incentives and health care benefits for full time employees.
Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Requirements:
• Previous call center experience
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
