One thing about Big T’s that I’m pretty passionate about:

You don’t have to be a big company to work with us.

Sometimes it’s a new business that needs 12 shirts.

Sometimes it’s a small crew that needs 6 embroidered polos.

Sometimes it’s somebody starting a company out of their garage who just needs a handful of shirts with their logo on them so they can look the part.

We get it. We’re a small business too.

When it makes sense, we’ll screen print it. When the quantity is too small to make screen printing practical, we can use DTF. And it’s exactly why we don’t have minimums on embroidery.

Are small orders always the most profitable jobs that come through our door? Nope.

But I remember what it feels like to be the small business trying to grow.

So don’t apologize because your order isn’t “big enough.”

We want to earn your business when you need 10 shirts so we’re still your printer when you need 1,000.

Every big business started small. 🇺🇸

Quick tip if you’re having a logo designed for your business:

More colors aren’t always better.

We see some awesome logos come through the shop, but sometimes they have 6, 7, 8+ colors in them. That might look great on a screen, but eventually you’re going to want that logo on shirts, hats, polos, jackets, etc.

That’s where all those colors can get expensive.

With screen printing, every additional color can mean another screen and more setup. With embroidery, more complicated artwork can mean more stitches and more time on the machine.

You definitely don’t need a boring logo, but a good logo should also work when it’s simplified down to 1–3 colors.

Your future merch budget will thank you.
