We believe in taking chances as a path to innovating your brand and organization and your visuals are an extension of the stability and strength of infrastructure of your organization. Our clients understand this investment and believe creative thinking should not be top down

but bottoms —mission driven and authentic. GDLOFT is an award winning, Philadelphia based creative studio that provides design, branding, and marketing services. Our studio straddles the line between fine art and design methodology and fundamentally believe your audience are critical thinkers, intelligent, and active participants in the design and marketing process. For past 15 years we have worked with local, national and international artists, higher education institutions, cultural and art institutions, nonprofit organizations, and more. We work closely with our clients on their projects, providing expertise through the design and marketing process— discovery, strategy, project conceptualization, execution and final delivery. In addition, we have an understanding of the grant process. We pride ourselves in being collaborators for your grant project and have the ability to develop ideas and write for your proposals. An organization is built on three things: a mission, authenticity and integrity, and creativity. GDLOFT can fulfill your creative need.

As the year winds down, we’re feeling especially grateful. This holiday season, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible clients and vendors, many of whom have become friends. Your trust and support, especially during these tough economic times, mean the world to us. You’re the reason we’re able to keep creating, growing, and doing what we love.

We’re honored to announce that GDLOFT has been selected as a winner of AIGA’s 50 Books | 50 Covers of 2024 for our design of Rising Sun: Artists in an Uncertain America.

Created for the and , the catalog reflects themes of identity, democracy, and transformation — using shifting gradients, blind embossing, and foil stamping to mirror the exhibition’s central question: Is the sun rising or setting on the experiment of American democracy?

We’re excited to share that GDLOFT has been recognized in AIGA’s 50 Books | 50 Covers of 2024 for our cover design of Rising Sun: Artists in an Uncertain America.

Created for the African American Museum in Philadelphia and PAFA, the catalog explores themes of identity, democracy, and transformation through layered color, texture, and tactile design.

The shifting gradients, blind embossing, and matte foil stamping were all intended to mirror the exhibition’s central question: Is the sun rising or setting on the experiment of American democracy?

We’re deeply honored to see this project included among such inspiring works from designers around the world.
