Mr.Keith ( 🐐Lighting Director) we was LIT because of this man! I was in awww of his knowledge and creative genius the entire time.

Thank you also to .soraya (Lighting Tech) (Video Director) ( The Philly Savor) held us down all day, especially when we got stuck on the highway with a flat.

I want my journals to encourage and inspire people. I want people to be encouraged every time they pick up their journal, and know that they are powerful, strong, worthy and can do all things with God, Faith & Belief.

It is scientifically proven that Journaling Reduces Depression and Anxiety and for me, impacting the mental health community is the most important thing. I myself have suffered all my life with depression and anxiety and have found journaling to be my safe space and I pray it helps at least 1 person .
