This week, Maryland voters will answer whether they favor legal cannabis use for individuals 21 and over. If voters help pass this legalization referendum, another bill will be implemented to regulate the adult-use market. The complementary law would legalize the purchases and possession of a maximum of 1.5 ounces of cannabis for adults. Criminal penalties for possession up to 2.5 ounces would also be removed. Additionally, adults of 21 and over will be legally allowed to grow a maximum of two cannabis plants for personal use and as a gift.

Direct mail may not be the first marketing method you think of when looking to advertise a dispensary business, but it can be effective if executed well. For this campaign, we worked with several vendors to acquire lists that were geared toward Restore's target market. There were also areas we had to navigate with USPS and regulatory agencies regarding what language was allowed on the mailers and in what form they could be sent. The cornerstone of any visual identity is a logo. As an up and coming Connecticut cultivator, Shades Cannabis needed a logo that would capture a sleek, elegant, yet friendly and fun aesthetic. Through a process of sketching, development, and iteration, our design team worked closely with the client to develop a logo that will be a strong center for their entire brand.
