If there’s a story to tell, chances are Brandon Oakley () is already thinking about the best way to bring it to life.

As Mighty Engine’s new Video Specialist and Social Media Manager, Brandon blends creativity, strategy and storytelling to create work that connects with people. From crafting compelling videos to shaping our digital presence, he’s always looking for new ways to make an impact.

When he’s not behind the camera or creating content, you can often find him on stage. A musician and performer, Brandon brings the same passion and creativity to his performances that he brings to every project at Mighty.

Today, Mighty Engine recognizes Declaration, a Philadelphia mural that asks us to look at freedom with more honesty.

Every Fourth of July, this city becomes a symbol of independence. But Declaration invites us to sit with the parts of that story that are harder to celebrate.

Created by and , in partnership with , Declaration uses redaction to reveal the contradictions written into America’s founding documents. What is made visible? What is covered up? Who gets counted, and who has been asked to live in the margins of a promise?

On this 250th Anniversary, we’re reflecting on freedom with our eyes open.

We’re proud to share the launch of the new yoacap.org, created in partnership with for the Youth Outreach Adolescent Community Awareness Program ().

This one took time, care and a lot of collaboration—a true labor of love.

For more than 35 years, YOACAP has supported Philadelphia youth and young adults with the guidance, skills and relationships they need to overcome barriers and pursue meaningful futures.

We were honored to help bring their work to life through a new website designed to reflect their history, their impact and their continued commitment to young people across Philadelphia.

Real change starts with how we talk to each other. We are thrilled to introduce “GET TO KNOW ME,” a new anti-stigma campaign that recently launched in Philadelphia.

Mighty Engine was honored to partner with the ReACH Storytelling Team to bring these powerful stories to life. This campaign focuses on compassionate, trauma-informed care for pregnant and parenting people with substance use disorder. Through these videos, we hope to bridge the gap between providers and the people they serve.
