Summer has a way of slowing things down.

The kids are out, and over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be traveling and doing some consulting. Which means I have a little more flexibility on my calendar than usual.

Crossed my first 5K finish line this Saturday.

During Q4.

This wasn’t about pace. It wasn’t about being an athlete. It was about proving to myself that even in the busiest season, I can still show up for ME!

What started as daily walks for mental clarity turned into something I never thought I’d do. Step after step, I built endurance I didn’t know I had. Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
