This week, Mayor Cherelle L. Parker convened a roundtable of government and business leaders at The Bellwether District to discuss progress in the Lower South District along the Delaware River, which she said would deliver a total of 58,000 jobs at PhilaPort, the Bellwether District and the Navy Yard once finished.

The Bellwether District recently marked a major milestone in its development with the announcement of TerraPower Isotopes establishing its flagship East Coast radioisotope manufacturing facility at the site, bringing a $450 million investment and creating 225 new jobs over the next three years.

With TerraPower Isotopes as the Innovation Campus anchor, The Bellwether District continues to grow as a hub for advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and economic opportunity in Philadelphia.
