I've navigated this thing called "The Industry" for many years, I've hired, developed front line associates into leaders, helped businesses generate more revenue and visibility. I've managed up, I've managed out and the one piece that I enjoyed the most, was watching people identify who they are, and pursue significance in their craft. I quickly worked my way through the ranks of a fortune 500 company and 2 other's who are well-known in the Eastern region.Over the last 10+ years I acquired many types of credentialing from licenses, to college degrees, I've completed many hours of training around development and strategic thinking, I've been a project manager and generate several new business accounts. And most recently I've started working on my MBA, so I can empathize with work/life/more life/and more work balance (smile).
