Funny how love finds you when you stop looking for it.

Shortly after I wrote about my dream man in my journal, I somehow ended up at a bar talking to a cute stranger about sourdough bread and his love for cooking... and now here we are.

From being absolute giggle monsters on our first date to building a love that feels safe, effortless, and full of joy, you’ve completely changed my world. You make me feel seen and loved exactly as I am. I’m forever grateful for your genuine curiosity to know every part of me, the good, the messy, and everything that’s shaped me into the person I am today. Your love is truly a blessing. Thank you for loving all of me with compassion, never judgment.

Thank you for always reminding me my empathy is my superpower, for hyping me up, and for making even the ordinary moments feel like my favorite memories.

it feels so good to finally find comfort in my own company and learn how to regulate my own nervous system. for so long, i searched outward for validation and yearned to be understood by everyone around me. instead of walking away when things no longer aligned, i stayed in situations simply because they felt familiar and safe, not because they were good for my future self.

now, i’m learning to protect my energy and peace more every day. with every small change, every choice to do even 1% better, i can feel the shift deep in my soul.

Oh my goodness this was so much fun and felt beyond rejuvenating! I loved that they had a speaker and mood lighting in the sauna.

I left feeling like a new born bae bae! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
