They complement our use of industry-standard platforms - which always comes first because of its time and GPS-based check-in features - but we encourage text check-ins with our team as well. All of these processes together provide real-time coordination and allows our team to check in on-site with our field management team. Demos and events across the country are successfully handled live, no matter when or where they are. Costco Roadshow team for Local Weather crushed it these past few weeks in California and Texas! Costco shoppers and their families were greeted with smiles and samples as they learned about this premium sports drink. ☀️ 🤩 Brand education is key when brands enter Costco and our roadshow brand ambassadors delivered key product details as well as thousands of samples.

Polaris Brand Promotions is supporting the brand's introductory pilot program and gaining a lot of attention and positive feedback while we give out fresh samples of their variety of flavors and spread awareness of new premium sushi to-go options at Wawa! 🍣

Pop-up activations for FITAID across at least 8 states so far have created more interest and sales at popular LifeTime.Life athletic clubs! Members got to try FITAID'S classic fitness recovery drinks before and after their morning exercise classes and individual workouts and benefitted from a BOGO event we shared information about. We got great feedback from people who stopped by, and for that, we always encourage brands to meet their audience where they are. The gym setting was perfect for these samplings and for raising brand awareness. A nationwide promo staffing team keeps that awareness and exposure consistent across multiple markets so more people learn about the brand simultaneously!

🍉 A pretty sweet week of work staffing post-run celebrations to hand out slices of watermelon for hydration & health! For Watermelon Week we teamed up with Curious Plot for the second summer in a row to support nationwide activations in Boston, Salt Lake City, Seattle and other cities, handing out watermelon and facts from the Watermelon Board for Cooldown Run Club participants. 🍉☀️🏃‍♂️
