We are currently seeking an experienced Cutter Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cutting equipment to trim printed materials to specified dimensions with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain paper cutting machines (Polar 92 and Polar 115 guillotine cutters)
• Read and interpret job tickets and cutting instructions
• Perform quality checks throughout the cutting process to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with press operators, bindery workers, and other team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience operating industrial cutting equipment in a print environment
• Strong ability to focus on precise measurements and ensure error-free results
• 8-hour shift work Mon-Fri. During Nov & Dec shifts will including nights and weekends depending on production needs

It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later ...

Ron Marcen retired after 40 years with TGI and while we are sad to see him go, we are happy for him to take some time to relax, play his favorite music, and enjoy his grandkids and great grandchild!

Over the years, Ron has been such an intricate part of TGI, lending his knowledge and guidance in many aspects of the business. In the early days, Ron was a typesetter for TGI, he then was part of the quality control department and later he became our estimator.

Ron has experienced so much with TGI. He has been with us for all of our changes in the business, good and bad. Ron adapted and helped during all of our advancements in the industry, and of course along the way he has made many lifelong friends here at TGI.

We will miss you Ron and our doors are always open for you!
