We are pleased to announce, two pieces of our work were accepted into the 2021 GDUSA Design Annual. One, a social statement poster for Black Lives Matter, the other a cookbook history for one of Philadelphia's most prestigious institutions, The Union League of Philadelphia. This marks the 10th consecutive year we have been invited into this national show of design excellence. We are humbled by the company we keep.

Chicken Parm 101
Easy peasey!
1- buy chicken tenders, cover with wax paper and pound each with a mallot,
2- create a batter of 2 eggs beaten and whole milk/light cream- beat together.
Season with salt, black and red pepper
3- set up a plate of seasoned bread crumbs
4- dip chicken in batter then dredge in breadcrumbs - set aside to sautee
 see Photo 1

Add 2 tblsp olive oil to pan and heat- test with breadcrumbs for temperature
sautee all chicken -both sides - to golden brown.

Using same pan, lay in tomato sauce- I recommend RAOS jarred sauces- between chicken and on top.

Place a piece of mozzarella on each chicken piece and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.

Finished results. Add chopped basil for garnish and serve with vegetable or pasta.

A joyous day was celebrated on June 25 as our lovely daughter became Mrs. Brian Clinton.
Our graphic approach to the invitation, guest cards and table cards featured their beloved dog Laney. A special shoutout to my friend Dan McDonald of Canon Graphics for his excellent printing of the invitation. It was a glorious day.

History. Yum!, Yum!
The Union League of Philadelphia has long fed and watered the city's Upper Crust. Our book design incorporated 24 tear-off recipe cards,(there's a pocket for storage in the rear), surrounded by an illustrated history of the club's food and beverage service. Our long association designing for Pina Templeton ended with this book's creation- it was Pina's idea to do a cookbook for the club she loved. We loved her back and miss her.

Ed and Bridget Gribbin are both principals of consulting companies- In Ed's case, Gribbin Strategic and for Bridget, Corcoran Strategies. We designed both brand logos, business cards and in Ed's case, his company website. I'm glad they consulted with us and kept it in the family.
