Victor & Company

Victor & Company When you have passion for the work, you never stop working. There are no simple answers but, most times, the simplest solution is the best. Good ideas work.

I have been an Art Director and Creative Director in some of the larger agencies in Philadelphia and New York, opening two agencies with my name on the door during my award-winning career. In 1998 I took my creative experience and launched my own Creative business, Victor & Company. I make good advertising and good ads. Good ads start with a good idea. They always will. In all of my years in the b

usiness, I’ve learned that no matter the media, print, television or social media, all the technology in the world can’t make up for a bad idea. Leonardo daVinci, centuries ahead of his time, jotted down ideas in a notebook. No computer, research, legal department or focus group. Just a feather plucked out of a bird. Just ink and ideas. I have always admired and pursued this concept. I love ideas. Creative ideas. Ideas that communicate and influence. Ideas that sell. I’m passionate about ideas. Fanatical about them. Zealous, uncompromising, and, some might say, pugnacious about “The Idea”. Doing good work is hard work. Ideas are hard to sell but good ideas sell. I still get a rush when I come up with and sell a good idea. I can’t believe I get paid to do it. How can I help you? "The lower the budget the bigger the ideas" – Francis Ford Coppola

FORTY-FIVE YEARS AGO (today),
I left my uncle’s store, where I sliced baloney, and started working for James Higgins at Chart Art.

In advertising, I’ve been selling baloney ever since.

Thank you James Willian Higgins.
I use something you taught me everyday to this day.
