Think Week is just one week away!

Next Monday, more than 100 Thinkers will travel to Philly from 28 states for our annual week of in-person connection. We’ve got lots of fun stuff planned this year, and we’re really looking forward to having so many Thinkers together in one place again.

Here’s a look back at Think Week 2025!

A really great part of our refreshed brand is the new video work from Jason Curtis.

Jason’s been hanging around Think for a while now… he gets us, and it shows. Before each shoot, we discuss the themes we want to bring forward, and then he just does what he does best: creates space for real conversations. He has a way of putting people at ease, asking great questions, and drawing out the stories and personalities behind our work.

Here’s one of our favorites from the new website.

“The support that I’m getting as not just a project manager, but as a person... that’s not something that I’ve really experienced elsewhere.” -Aimee Goldstein

At Think Week in September 2025, Charity Shaw put words to her early experience at Think Company: “It’s just a lot of supportive energy... The conversations that I had with people felt like an authentic ‘I’m glad you’re here’... They embrace what it means to be a whole person.”
