A great bar isn't just a place to order a drink, it's the heart of the guest experience. From layout and flow to materials and lighting, every detail shapes how people feel the moment they walk in.

That's where we come in. Our bar design services are built around the idea that function and beauty should work hand in hand. Whether you're opening a new concept or refreshing an existing space, we bring the expertise to design a bar that works hard and looks even better.

Let's build something worth raising a glass to. 🥂

Game day isn’t just about the game anymore.

The stadiums getting it right are designed like hospitality spaces – private entrances, real sightlines, F&B that holds its own against any restaurant in the city. Fans aren’t paying for a better seat. They’re paying for a better experience.

We’ve helped bring that experience to life – swipe through for a few things we’ve learned along the way.

Il Segreto is now open in Scottsdale: a warm, intimate jewel box inspired by the feeling of discovering a remarkable hidden restaurant. Past a darkened entry, the space opens into two distinct moods. One is an energetic bar with a deep green banquette and curated bookshelves. The other is a refined, unhurried dining room with crystal sconces and an antique-mirrored ceiling.

Our team led the project end to end, from architecture and interiors to artwork, uniforms, and a brand identity built around discovery. The "shh" keyhole mark hints at the secret from outside, and the key mark lets you in on it once you're through the door.

Last night, Arizona entered the MICHELIN Guide for the first time – and Indibar made the cut.

Congratulations to Nigel J Lobo and Chef Ajay Singh and the entire Indibar team. Hale Collective had the privilege of working alongside you from day one, making sure the space told the same story as the food. This is the payoff. We are so thrilled you are part of this list.

Congratulations to all of the Arizona chefs and restaurants that were awarded last night. We are so proud of our community.

The table is set.

Il Segreto – Italian for “the secret” – is opening next month. Consider this your official introduction. The rest, we’re saving for opening night.

Summer light changes everything.

Wood feels warmer, stone looks softer, and woven textures pick up just enough shadow. Even simple materials start to shape the space once the sun hits them.

We're embracing every warm, golden moment summer still has in store.

A glimpse behind the curtain — literally.

Intimate, clandestine, unmistakably Italian. We’re almost ready to let you in.

With years of resort projects behind us, the shift is clear. The properties standing out aren't just beautiful, they're intentional. Every F&B program, every social space, every material choice is working together to create an experience guests want to extend.
