The Bottom of funnel is the best place to be! This is exactly where you want your leads to end up. This is the "hot" audience. By now, you have built some type of trust with your potential buyers, and they are converting into customers! Here, is where they decide to buy from you and a lovely relationship begins. Remember, this doesn't happen overnight, but the reward is what it's all about!

Some types of things you can put in your bottom of funnel ads would be customer testimonials, sales collateral, discount codes, or offer a free trail! A birthday discount might also be a fun give away for your hot audience.

Let's talk the Middle of Funnel, or M*F!

After you build your awareness, a lead goes from "cold" to "warm". A warm audience is in the middle of the funnel. This is the consideration phase that suggests a future customer is considering your business! This is where you continue to nurture the relationship and give future customers the tools and knowledge to evaluate your business.

Examples of content you can share to warm audiences would be- case studies, an exchange of content/discount code for an email address,
free downloads, or even product comparisons.

If you're getting into marketing, you've heard the terms "Top of Funnel" TOF, "Middle of Funnel" M*F and "Bottom of Funnel" BOF... but... what does this even mean?

Top of Funnel is a marketing term referred to as "cold leads". This is the first stage in a buyers journey to becoming your future customer! This is where people can hear about your brand or service for the first time.

When potential buyers are at the TOF- you have the opportunity to educate your future customers with information on how you can solve their problem or introduce a service you can provide. You can do this by social media posts, videos, podcasts, blogs, or ads! This is all about the customer learning about WHO you are and WHAT you do.

It is very important to decide what ads and actions you want customers to take depending on where they are in the sales funnel. Building a relationship takes time, and trust. TOF is where it all begins :)

You've heard the term "custom audiences", but what does it mean ? They allow you to market to new, potential and returning customers at each point of the sales funnel with targeted ads. Why does this matter?

1) Facebook will analyze your existing customers’ demographic profile – including age, location and interests – and build lists of potential new customers that share similarities with your current buyers.
2) Engagement audiences allow you to target users that have interacted with your Facebook ads (e.g. liked/commented/shared) but have not yet visited your website.
3) Audience exclusion is a powerful tool for ensuring that your ads do not reach users that you know are unlikely to buy from you or purchase your service

A Facebook (Meta) Pixel can give you so much information whether you are running paid ads or not. Top reasons to install a pixel on your site:

Gather information – Your pixel gathers insights about visitors, such as where they come from and what device they’re using
Analyze behaviors – Learn how people interact with your website, whether they add a product in their cart or check out a specific product page and the time spent on your site.
Create audiences – Use the data gathered from Pixel events to build lookalike audiences and custom audiences.
Assess events – Evaluate conversion events to come up with the best Facebook ad campaigns for your business.

Did you know that President's Day was originally celebrated in the 1870's as George Washington's Birthday (Feb 22nd) but was moved as part of 1971’s Uniform Monday Holiday Act, an attempt to create more three-day weekends. It was then when the holiday got expanded to also celebrate Abraham Lincoln- whose birthday is February 12th.

Welcome! I'm Amanda King, owner of King Me Advertising. I created this business after moving states from PHX to PDX and missing the state I grew up in. After some deep thought, I realized, among my friends and family of course, it was the small business that I could only get in Phoenix that I missed! It was the comfort zone of "my" unique salons, restaurants, and little spots that I just can't get anywhere else.
