Almost no one is talking about the elephant in the room: the missing step in the "AI agent" conversation.

Most people are talking about turning workflows, SOPs, and customer data into AI agents. But how does any of that translate into customer results?

SaaS teams are racing to package AI into

- Seat bundles
- "AI features"
- New products

But that doesn't move the needle.

• Workflow data
• Your operating procedures
• Your tribal knowledge

All that means nothing unless it translates into results customers can see, measure, and justify.

- The ones that make them quit their current provider and consider you
- The ones that make them think twice before leaving you.

Guessing is expensive.

I know this firsthand. You lose time, money, and confidence.

Every time I want to make progress on anything, the first thing I need to know is where I am standing and where I need to go, so I can tell if I am making progress - or not-.

You know the saying: you can't improve what you don't measure.

And so it happens when revenue is unpredictable, unstable, and inconsistent.
