Main Responsibilities of a Lead Developer

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team.

• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design.

• Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.

• Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews.

• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
You have solid experience in software development.

• Proven success as a technical team leader.

• You are a good mentor & coach
You possess good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

When TAG Clothing reached out to us wanting a website design and a brand identity enhancement, we got straight to work analyzing their business and brainstorming. We wanted their website to reflect their elevated street style and decided on raw inspired textures and bold, eye catching fonts to achieve that.

Their brand is all about motivating their customers to be the best version of themselves and to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity, so along with their attractive brand photos and videos, we made sure to add in motivational words and phrases throughout the site. Lastly, it was important to create an easy to use navigation bar and custom design form to ensure purchase followthrough.

As Senior UI/UX Designer at JDiaz, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to develop great experiences. You'll work with a visual designer, product manager and our development team. Together you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. Dispute Panda (Logo Design, Branding Identity and Software Development)

At JDiaz, we pride ourselves in our ability to create memorable and aesthetically pleasing brand identities for our clients. For our client, Dispute Panda, we knew the brand had to center around a panda design, so we created multi use, custom shapes to build the panda logo and then worked in those individual shapes into the rest of the design to create a subtly cohesive aesthetic. For example, the shapes of the panda’s eyes were used to create a pattern. We also incorporated bamboo into some of the designs.

For Dispute Panda’s software, we created an AI system to write credit dispute letters using years and years worth of research in the credit repair industry allowing our client’s customers to increase efficiency and potentially take on bigger case loads.
