Working with high performers is one of the things that we love most about this job. Lori (.dever ) is in the top 3% of realtors here in the valley, and it’s pretty clear why. Being a real estate agent in Arizona can be a pretty crowded and noisy place, especially in an overly saturated market where only a small percentage are doing the majority of the work. After spending time filming several segments with Lori, we learned quickly that her love for people, and her commitment to always be available to move the ball forward is what sets her apart. Personal branding is just that. Personal. Your current and prospective clients want to know about YOU, and why they should trust and work with you. In a fast paced, and increasingly fake world, people want connection. They want to see that you are a real, and genuine person that they can trust.

Today we spent time with Lori Dever (.dever ) a top 3% performing realtor in Arizona. As part of our filming day, we captured a real-life conversation between a mother and her son about what it really takes to be successful in this world. In raising the next generation, we need to instill in them the importance of connection, hard work, compassion, and integrity. Lori and her husband have clearly instilled this into Colin, and it was an honor to capture this snapshot in time as he prepares to go out into the world.

We had a great time yesterday at filming a little video podcast interview with Chuck Finzer and Jeff Huff of . There is a lot of Real Estate content out there right now, but our goal is to dig deeper, with a fresh perspective.
