I am honored to work with this medical supply company --> Beyond Surgical Supply! I had an idea to find Healthcare Workers / Nurses going above and beyond (which really means ALL of them) to gift luxury bathrobes from Urbana powered by Sobel Westex (my husband's company) and they said "let's do it!".

This makes about 4 months in a row we've hosted these giveaways and I must say this is deeply rewarding. Our healthcare workers / nurses are burned out to say the least. Every bit of kindness helps, I do believe.

I'm not brave. I experience fear. A lot. Every single day. But I don't let fear stop me from taking the next step. (Side note: This pic is a screen capture from my Mind Movie. Saying "I'm fearless" is an affirmation I say every day. I'm not all the way there yet. I struggle with anxiety.

Every single time I post a pic or post a video...or GO LIVE...I feel a bit of panic and fear. What will people think? Will I embarrass my family for being so "out there"? Will my "Christian" friends think I've lost my marbles? Will people judge me?

The pic attached to this post is a slide from my Mind Move -- basically a Vision Board on Steroids. I am motivated from a place deep within to share what I've learned over the last 10 years as I experienced a lot of difficulty and pain as a result of my letting life just happen to me...instead of visualizing, setting goals and DESIGNING MY FUTURE.

Vision boards have been an incredible tool towards manifesting a beautiful life...both within and outwardly.

In January I'm launching my first ever course to teach women how to create the path towards the life they dream of. Quite frankly, the power to do so...lies right there within you already. I'm just a guide to help you along...almost like a doula who helps women give birth (to their dreams).
