This project is the manifestation of about 4 years of work, hundreds of hours in courses and countless more on the range and in dry practice.
Having experienced a diverse spectrum of courses and instructors accessible not only locally, but nationally- I’ve witnessed the level of training that most people have to resort to. I’ve also witnessed the lessons and principles to be learned from instructors I consider giants. While not every person reading this may carry a weapon into harm's way for a living- the pillars of these concepts can be used to practically influence your training.
There is a fundamental gap in knowledge in regards to preservation and priority of life that has left the average gun owner by the wayside- the exact person who needs it the most and will bet their life on it.
Kiwi’s mission is to create a training environment that is open, comfortable and applicable to anyone, regardless of occupation or previous experience. To maintain a clinical approach to fi****ms and their employment- focusing on safety, fundamentals and practical application.
The secret is that there is no secret.
