Because while both can help grow your brand, they work very differently. Advertising is what you pay to say about yourself. PR is what others say about you. One is controlled. The other is earned. One buys attention. The other builds trust. And trust is what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and actually believe you.

Thatโs why one feature in the right publication can do more for your credibility than weeks of paid ads โ not because it reaches more people necessarily, but because it carries so much more weight. When someone else tells your story, people listen in a completely different way. The skepticism drops. The curiosity goes up. And your brand becomes significantly easier to trust.
