Product cost may vary from time to time depending on cost of materials required for production. It is necessary for your payment to fully process before starting any production. Delivery time varies between 5 to 10 business working days after receiving your payment. Urgent work and deliveries on the same day have an extra charge which will be charged in a separate invoice. bby Print LLC or any affiliated parties are not responsible for the use of the articles once delivered to your client. The use and reproduction of logos or images with reserved rights is the responsibility of the client. The products have production guarantee of 30 days. If you agree to accept our terms and conditions you are allowing us to use any picture taken during the time of production to be reproduced or distributed with the objective of marketing or to improving our service standards. If the chosen printed method is not correct for your artwork, we will be contacting you to manually adjust required technique. Any artwork submitted must be previously inspected. Our manufacturing team will not revise artwork as this is time taken out of production line in order to properly adjust image, PNG is recommended due to transparency properties unless it is a picture in that case JPG will give a good result. Also, the recommended quality is 300 DPI for best results. In case that you need one of our team members to revise any artwork or make any changes we can provide these services at an additional cost discussed directly with you depending on the labor required and paid in a separate invoice. *Quality assurance and recommendations
There is a wide array of techniques we use to customize our products to achieve the best possible quality and results. Even tough the materials we use are premium quality sometimes they will be techniques that will produce better results or materials that would be less or not compatible required for optimal result. This is a print that can achieve similar results to the ones achieved by screen print but without a minimum order requirement. You want to select this option if you are customizing a garment that requires more than 5 colors for example a logo or an image that has more than 5 colors or different tones and Photos. You also want to select this option if you are trying to screen print a shirt but do not want to produce the minimum quantity required. The recommended garment for this print type is 100% ring spun cotton but any cotton or majority of cotton blend (example: 90% cotton/10% polyester) will work with similar quality. Garments that main component or blend majority is polyester (example: 60% polyester/40%cotton) will not be able to be printed by this technique or might produce poor quality. Vinyl
This print uses heat transferred vinyl and it is applied to the garment with a heat press. With this technique a potter is used to create the shapes needed for the final print, each color printed is cut individually and then assembled to make the final print. This print style is perfect for 5 or less color logos or lettering. Because only solid colors are used to achieve this kind of print images containing more than 5 colors will be completed on DTG in order to achieve the closest desired outcome. If you are using the web editor trough a computer once your artwork is uploaded on the bottom left corner of the page it will let you know how many colors your artwork has. Note: Even though this are our recommendations to achieve best result possible it does not mean with a different quality product you will get a similar result.
*Returns
No returns are allowed in customized products. Some blank products can be returned with approval and a restoking fee will apply. We reserve the right to decide which products can be returned. Shipping cost on returns will be covered by customer. Restocking fee will vary depending on item. Even though most blank items can be returned we reserve the right to decline reimbursement. This can happen if it is a product on sale by manufacturer, returned in any other than “new” condition, damaged in any sort of way or if its not a refundable product.
