Last week, Executive Vice President Lesli Knee attended Women @ Work, a virtual summit hosted by ADP. The summit brought together workplace leaders for discussions around moving forward in the industry with purpose, confidence and the tools to lead. Our team was back in the Lone Star State this month, this time in Dallas, joining our partners Harbert South Bay Partners and Momentum Senior Living to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Marianne on Inwood!

It was a momentous event joined by speakers Patrick McGonigle & Adam Arnold of Harbert South Bay Partners; Jan Steingahs of Arcadis; Mark Weisner of Bozzuto Group, C.K. Lee of InterBank, Garrett Decell of Metlife; and Josh Johnson of Momentum Senior Living.

The Marianne is conveniently located near the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and the Dallas Medical District, with plans to open in 2027. Designed for active living and a holistic, engaged lifestyle, the community will bring an elevated senior living experience to the Inwood area.

Congratulations again to our partners. We’re thrilled to watch their newest community start to develop.
