August 2026 Arizona Horse Property Roundup is out.

252 active horse properties and 76 arena listings across 9 Valley areas.

The split was clear:
• Far West Valley led in volume — 71 actives and 26 arenas
• Northeast Valley held the higher-end equestrian inventory
• Several closer-in corridors stayed thin, including Tempe–Mesa (6) and Glendale–Peoria (7, with 0 arenas)

September 2026 Southwest Valley Horse Property Market Report is live.

Inventory bounced back this month after a thinner summer. Active horse properties rose to 41, and arena-equipped listings doubled to 4.

Active horse properties dropped to 13 this month — the lowest count of the summer stretch. Arena-equipped listings are down to 2.
