"Hey there! My name is Morgan Lindsay and I was born in the hot desert of Arizona. I started drawing at a very early age, but didn't consistently create throughout my life. I picked it up again about a few years ago and I have kept going ever since. My favorite medium to work with is watercolor, but I work with a wide range of mediums. From oil pastel, charcoal, oil paint, acrylic paint as well as chalk. I also will sometimes mix my mediums as well to get the effect I want to incorporate into my piece. I am self taught and I also took some art classes as electives in my high school and college years. I absolutely love creating new pieces and feel like everything around me is inspiring. I really enjoy a pretty landscape, but animals also inspire me. I hope you find a piece that speaks to you. I'm obsessed with meeting you guys and getting to know your stories 🧡 Meet Britt! An artist who recently joined the site... I'm crazy about her work (and her stock photos are 🔥)

"I'm based in Maryland, and I illustrate digitally and traditionally. My themes are inspired by retro games and anime, ukiyo-e, art nouveau, and my love of plants and animals. My happy place is when I'm drawing something whimsical on my tablet while hanging out with my cat (whose name is Meowser!) or painting a picture from somewhere I've recently traveled. I love making lots of little details, cute flourishes, and pops of color in each illustration."

2022... what to say about you. It's taken me a minute to write this out. We've opened doors, shut doors... and in some cases slammed that f*cking gate closed ✌️ I'll never look back. If I had to choose a word to focus on for 2023... it would be Forward. That's all we can do is move forward. We lost close family members and had our entire livelihood threatened. I've never felt so defeated in my entire life. BUT... Jeff and I got engaged, made some incredible connections, built friendships, learned from others, collaborated and networked. The talent you all have is insane and I wouldn't trade experiencing it for the world.
What a rollercoaster, so here's to moving forward 🥂 let's make some rad s**t together.

Tonight, I'm having a glass of wine in her honor...
It's been one week since my dad and I lost my aunt. I'm so grateful to have known her, and that she passed away on her own terms. Though I wish she got to stay a little bit longer... to see Jeff and I get married, to watch our little baby grow up, to cuddle and love our dogs more, to spend more holidays with each other. I miss her so much already.
Thank you to everyone who's been patient with us. It really means the world to me that we can continue helping you while also having the time to grieve. My heart is heavy, but I'm glad you all are still here 🧡
As a small business, I feel this kind of transparency is important. We work for you, and I'm ridiculously thankful you all have been so patient with us. Thank you.

This week's featured artist is - a collage artist creating pieces the traditional way; with paper and a blade.

Erin's an emerging collage artist and has resided in Tempe for the last 8 years, working in the environmental sustainability field. She enjoys incorporating natural beauty into her collages and is often inspired from hiking and camping in the Southwest. Her other hobbies which are also sources of inspiration include sci fi/fantasy novels and film, video gaming, museum exploring, and traveling abroad and around the U.S.
