Throughout your work day, do you tell yourself, "I can't take a break"?

Do you feel like the world will stop spinning if you don't keep running around?

Are you obsessed with feeling productive, yet have doubts about whether you really are?

If so, I'm worried about you--because that kind of thinking is not sustainable, long-term. You might be headed for burnout.

So, please do consider breathing consciously. And making the space to now, starting with your breath

Does burnout happen overnight? Maybe one day the REALIZATION hits that we are burnt out and it's the BUILDUP of stress that gets us to that point.

My vote? Let's nip that stress in the bud!
