Think about it! In order to connect with someone you have to know who they are and how to get ahold of them, right?
Now, everyone has a preference... email, phone, Facebook or Instagram follower, etc.
I won’t presume to know what’s right and best for your law firm. What I can tell you is to focus on the channel your customers/clients prefer.
