The last of the fabric came in!

While we're working on inventory, we're just putting fabric on the shelf. It's so pretty but so unorganized. I promise it'll be fixed by opening day.

You’ll start seeing fabric listed soon, and in-person shopping is right around the corner as we get closer to opening day.

We’ve brought in a mix of:

The focus is on tonals, blenders, and versatile prints you’ll actually use, plus a few fun pieces mixed in.

Here's a sneak peek at what we've been doing!

Michael and I spent some time last night organizing the classroom/retail space. Are we finished? Nope. It'll probably get reorganized 100 times before May 5th. We still have boxes of notions, fabrics, kits, and embroidery supplies en route. It should all be here this weekend.
I've gotten all the classes, all the notions (in my possession), and all the kits on the Shopify page. We're going to tackle the fabric this weekend. Once all that's done, I'll start posting the flyers and links for the classes.

We’ve got a full schedule of:
Quilt and Sewing Classes
Embroidery Classes
Open Sew Days (no set project, sew your own project)
Guest Instructors-We're super excited for these workshops!

All classes are small group and hands-on, with limited spots available.

Class sign-ups will be posted individually with full details and links. You’ll be able to register directly from those posts or through our website:

Shop Opening:
We will begin in-person shopping on May 5th

Summer Hours:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Third Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

We’ve had a lot of people reach out after the news about Painted Tree started circulating so we wanted to share an update.

We received word of the closing this morning and we have moved out of the space. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who supported us there.

We’re not going anywhere just shifting things a bit.

Our storefront is not open yet, but we will be opening in May. When we do, you’ll find more than just quilting and sewing supplies we’ll also have finished goods available in the shop.

We’re still here, still working, and still planning what’s next.

We are also exploring options to remain in the Little Rock area through another retail location, but nothing has been finalized yet.

We’ll share updates as soon as we can.

Thank you for sticking with us through this weird transition.

I am finally done with the May, June and July calendars! I will get the calendars and list of classes and workshops posted tomorrow.
I also hope (crossing my fingers) that I will have all the new fabric, notions and patterns up by Wednesday.

Today in the classroom…
Our fabric shelf came in and got put together (with help from the teen), and we finally have everything up where we can actually see it.
We’re still waiting on a few more fabrics, but it’s starting to come together.
No classes in April while we rearrange the space, finish the summer calendar (there are some really good classes and workshops coming), and get ready to open this space up for shopping.
The goal is to have retail open in May.

I'm so excited I got in a bunch of pretty fabrics today!
A few patterns (sewing and embroidery) came in plus a bunch of other goodies! I hope to get everything posted this weekend that includes scrap boxes for those of y'all waiting on those.

April, May and possibly June's classes will be posted by Monday.
