The assignment consisted in designing a wallpaper for the reception wall of a Botanical Garden. According to the characteristics of the theme of the botanical garden, I tried to get a design that alluded to plant elements in keeping with the environment where the wallpaper will be located.

Inspired by a unique and peculiar plant, the "Vriesea" or "Indian Feather". It is an epiphyte plant that grows forming a rosette of basal leaves whose approximate length is about 40 centimeters and can measure about 10 centimeters wide. They are dark green with much lighter green stripes. The colors of its leaves, the showy coloring of its flower and its interesting shape are most captivating.

The idea was to create a pattern based on the peculiarity of the shape of this flower and create something different, with organic shapes, that attracts the viewer's attention but at the same time integrates into the space where it will be placed.

The assignment for this project consisted in the creation and development of their personal brand, the company's digital footprint.
Firstly, the brand logo was designed to be applied in different media, print and digital, as well as in merchandising materials and for future advertising campaigns.
In addition, the brand image was implemented in multiple mock-ups for different commercial products, such as brand stationery, stickers, keys, t-shirts, tote bags, etc.

SAYSA is an organic restaurant located in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) based on local cuisine and sustainable products.

In this project, the corporate image of the brand was created and developed, including the design of its logo and the creation of its corporate identity manual, which contains all the specifications for the proper use of the logo.

The origin of the brand name "SAYSA" comes from the fusion of the Spanish words "Sano y Saludable", which refers to a healthy and wholesome life, which is one of the most important values that the brand wants to represent.
The symbol that accompanies the logo has been created from elements that evoke nature, such as the leaves of a tree attached to their respective branches. The top of the tree is subtly placed over the trunk, which in this case is the letter "Y" of the logotype. The graphic composition conveys freshness and elegance to the brand and, at the same time, is easily recognizable.

In addition, a mobile application has been developed from which you can make reservations, home orders and be aware of the restaurant's offers and promotions.

Furthermore, the brand image has been implemented in different merchandising materials such as stationery, T-shirts, tote bags and other accessories, in order to increase the visibility of the brand.

Illustrator Blend tool

In this project I wanted to test this tool by creating some crazy psichodelic wallpapers.
The blend function is one of the most powerful features of Adobe Illustrator, blend modes are used to determine how two layers are blended. It is used to make effects of various shapes and lines using colors, paths or distance.

In mathematics, physics and art, moiré patterns are large-scale interference patterns that can occur when an opaque ruled pattern with transparent spaces is superimposed on another similar pattern.
For the moiré interference pattern to appear, the two patterns must not be completely identical, but be offset, rotated, or have a slightly different pitch.
