In this Reel, our monument signs serve four distinct properties:

A law office that needs permanent roadside identification
A residential builder using a compact contemporary design
A community entrance supported by stone masonry
An industrial property displaying several tenant names

We adjust the structure, materials, scale, and information layout based on how each property is used. A residential entrance does not need the same message hierarchy as a multi-tenant commercial site, even when both use monument signage.

For this project, we used the wall dimensions to determine the scale, spacing, and arrangement of each section rather than forcing the full name into one continuous line.
