Joyce, Inc. is a Pittsburgh-based web design, development and digital marketing company. With two decades of work under our belt, our clients are consistently impressed with the insight and artistry we bring to their website, social media and digital marketing. We are looking to expand our client base by finding more companies that can benefit from our professional and personal approach to these services.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic sales professional to help us develop new business in these areas. Your job is to help us achieve our goals for growth through various sales, marketing and networking strategies, including:
Prospecting for medium sized businesses that fit our client model
Evaluating targets’ digital presence and discussing their online goals
Tailor recommendations, demos and quotes to their needs
Follow through on sales opportunities from initial contact through close
This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who thrives on independence. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our strategies and processes to help maximize our business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
This role does require you to perform sales inside of normal business hours (9-5). Travel requirement is at your discretion.
Gain a deep understanding of our web development and digital marketing suite of services
Prospect for new opportunities through various methods in the target regions
Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on leads and manage your sales funnel
Conduct discovery and sales meetings by phone or in person when necessary
Deliver or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas
Report to the group on sales funnel, select leads and new opportunities
Coordinate with Director of Marketing to plan marketing strategy and improve lead acquisition strategies
Assist with onboarding new clients
Serve as a liaison between the client and our design/development team
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of B2B sales experience. Agency or Project Management experience is a plus.

This is a flexible role. It can begin as an independent contractor or part time but the overall goal is to create a full time business development position, if you are the right person for the job. We offer a range of benefits including health, dental and PTO for full-time employees.
