I’m currently at 205 lbs and feeling great!

My goal: 185 lbs by Christmas. 🎄

Right now, I’m:
🥩 Eating 200g of protein a day
🚶 Hitting 20,000 steps a day
🏋️ Lifting 4x a week
🔥 Staying around 2,500 calories a day
🎯 Chasing that 185-lb goal

That’s 20 pounds to go. Can I do it by Christmas? I believe I can. 👊
