Innovation in multifamily is moving beyond individual smart devices and amenities
Parks Associates has announced the 2026 Property Innovation Award winners, recognizing five properties using connected technologies to improve connectivity, resident experiences, security, and property operations.

This year’s winning deployments include property-wide gigabit managed Wi-Fi, enterprise-grade connectivity, smart home controls, cloud-based access, AI-enabled security, Wi-Fi 7 and 3-Gig fiber, and mobile credentials for apartments and amenities. The winners are Hanover Preston Hollow in Dallas, Sagebrush in Universal City, Weston Hall in Detroit, Pacifica Place in Irvine, and The Collective at Norman in Norman, Oklahoma.

The winning properties will be recognized at Smart Spaces 2026, September 15-16 at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park in Plano, Texas.
