We are hiring... Position: Office Coordinator

Reports to: COO

💻Primary Functions:
Ensure efficient office operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Oversee daily office tasks, including staff productivity, vacation tracking, and enforcing policies.
✅Handle employee onboarding and vendor coordination (IT, supplies, maintenance).
✅Provide basic IT support and liaise with service providers for complex issues.
✅Administer phone systems and maintain carrier portal logins.
✅Schedule and coordinate carrier representative visits.

📚Qualifications:
A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Basic insurance knowledge is a plus. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, with at least 3 years of office administration or management experience.

Compensation $55k - $75k depending on experience/education/applicable licensing. Full benefits.
