Great week at Develomark.
From Colorado to Madison, CT, our team has been on the move. Learning, building, and connecting.
At the Duda Partner Summit, we dove deep into AEO and what it takes to win in the 2026 digital landscape. A special thank you to Itai Sadan, Scotty Strehlow, Emily McEvoy Oded Ouaknine Liron Hilb Horev Emily K. Armbruster (for coming) and the rest of the Duda team and my favorite colleagues Paul Altobelli RC Thompson Josh Neimark Nat G. Rosasco James T. Rosasco David Holihan Montanna Glendenning-Wirtz Carol Spencer Sigurdur Svansson.
Back home in Connecticut, our team was on the ground with clients. Capturing media, refining strategy, and helping local businesses strengthen their AEO presence where it matters most. We also started interviewing candidates for our new cohort program coming up in late May. Hannah Zimbouski Paul Munko Isaac Velazquez Carter Goodrich held it down. (Special thanks to Ava Creto for helping with the cohort interviews)
Ruan M. Marinho Marinho spoke at CONNSTEP, Inc. CEO Summit to share insights on AI enablement, connecting with clients, longtime partners, and leaders across Connecticut’s manufacturing community. Thank you Tyler Scott Richard C. Mullins, Jr. (Rick) Jaime A. Santos and Barbara Fernandez for throwing the event. It was great seeing Richard Merlino from Modelcraft Company Inc., William Hazard from Novo Precision LLC, Sam Schneider from Earthlight Technologies, meeting Hillary Thomas, William Smith, Jenny Drescher, Peter Gaj, Martha Prou.
Biggest takeaways?
AI is an opportunity, if you choose to leverage it.
Culture isn’t something you delegate, it’s something you build.
And growth comes from serving a specific customer exceptionally well, then scaling with intention.
Momentum is building, and we’re just getting started.
