Our family packed into the stands at the Livermore Rodeo this past Saturday, and the energy in that arena was something else. 🤠
108 years running. The World’s Fastest Rodeo. And once again it delivered.
If you have never been, put it on your calendar for next June. This is one of those Tri-Valley traditions you have to experience in person.

This one hit different. 🏡❤️
From our first conversation, this family knew exactly what they wanted in their next home, and we found it. Watching it all come together has been such a joy.
That little one holding the sold sign? She already knows this is a big deal. 😄
Livermore is such a special community, and I’m so happy this family gets to call it home. Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do. 🔑🎉

JUST SOLD in Livermore! 🏡

So happy for my buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new home at 684 Emerald Street.

This one checked so many boxes: a great Livermore location, single-story living, a welcoming yard, and the kind of home that feels easy to settle into from day one.

Helping buyers find the right home is about more than the house itself. It’s about timing, strategy, trust, and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

Congratulations to my clients on this exciting new chapter. Welcome home. 🤍

Thinking about buying in Livermore or anywhere in the Tri-Valley? I’d love to help you find the right fit. -valley ❤️whereyoulive

The Alameda County Fair is almost here! 🎡

June 19 – July 12, 2026 at the Fairgrounds in Pleasanton.

If you live in or near Downtown Pleasanton, this one’s for you. Nightly concerts at 8pm, fireworks on June 19 and July 4, Monster Trucks, Demolition Derby, Arena Cross, and Truck & Tractor Pulls. It’s loud, it’s fun, and it’s very Pleasanton.

The good news? Summer entertainment basically in your backyard. The trade-off? Your windows may rattle a few times between now and July 12. 😄

Fair season is one of the things that makes this town feel like nowhere else. Small town feel, big summer energy.

📍 Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton
🎆 Fireworks: June 19 & July 4 at 9:30pm
🎸 Concerts: Nightly at 8pm (dark on July 4)

1,500 neighbors. One table. One very long street.
That is what happened in Downtown Pleasanton last weekend, and it says everything about why people choose to put down roots here.
The Tri-Valley is not just beautiful neighborhoods and great schools. It is the farmers market, the rodeo parade, the street fair, the familiar faces, and the feeling that your town actually knows you are here.
My family chose this. My daughter chose this.
Maybe you are thinking about it too.

Pop, fizz, shop, and celebrate community. 🥂

Our second Pop Fizz Shop was such a fun evening, and this video says it best. Clients, friends, family, neighbors, and local vendors all came together for a night filled with connection, conversation, shopping, and a little sparkle.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, brought a friend, supported our vendors, and helped make the evening feel so special.

These are the moments that remind me why I love being part of Downtown Pleasanton and the Elation Real Estate community. ❤️whereyoulive

Last night was everything.
Nine women-owned local vendors, a room full of friends, clients, neighbors and family, and a whole lot of community love. Every purchase made last night stayed right here in the Tri-Valley.
To the women in that photo, thank you. You showed up, you shared your businesses and you made the night.
Community is not something we talk about at Elation. It is something we live and are deeply rooted in.

I was recently told that real estate is going to be “all about commissions.”

I don’t believe that.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and most people want more than a transaction. They want someone they trust guiding them through the process.

Someone who knows the market.
Someone who understands the details.
Someone who will advocate for them.

In the end, trust and relationships still matter. Especially in communities like the Tri-Valley.

Love ❤️ where you live.

Keeping a pulse on the Tri-Valley market is part of my daily routine.

Watching inventory. Tracking buyer demand. Studying trends in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and San Ramon.

But it’s more than data. It’s knowing the neighborhoods, the people, and the lifestyle that make this area so special.

After nearly 26 years living here, helping clients navigate this market is something I truly love.

❤️ Love where you live.
