I am taking on new shops for screen-printing/vinyl/DTF-DTG artwork. I have current Adobe Graphics Software. I can do spot color artwork/separations, simulated process screenprint artwork/separations, DTF-DTG prepress and halftoning. Vinyl artwork/proofs. AI image conversions. If you do not have a RIP program for screen-printing, I can provide halftoned color separations so you can print on your shop computer. Message me if you have questions or need a quote on a job.

When I was active on PFD, we always joked about calling the Swan Smoke Jumpers on brush fires we had. They decide to make tshirts, so I did a little brain storming with the Chief and AC.

This was fun little project. Started with 2 cars and he wanted a 1 car design, so added new background, color changed logo and car and I think we are done. I hope.

The shops I do artwork for, are getting a lot of AI generated images that customers want printed on apparel. Most AI images are low resolution and you can tweek things in Photoshop and make them work for DTG or DTF prints, but they are terrible for screenprint. AI images have a muddy painterly effect that just doesn't work wiell and the prints come out looking muddy and muted. AI images are a good starting point to help recreate something in a vector format which gives screenprinters more options and the ablitity to edit small things to make the print look better and stand out. If you need screenprint separations, we can do Spot color seps or Simulated Process for photo base artwork. If you do not have a RIP program that produces halftones, we can add halftones at no cost. We will send you print ready PDF files.
